A classic vinaigrette dressing with a little added oomph. Sharp and tasty - the perfect way to zhoosh* up a salad!

Ingredients
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
salt and pepper
9 tbsp olive oil
Method
1. Whisk together all ingredients except the olive oil. Once combined, slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking until emulsified.
