Ingredients
2 avocados
juice of half a lime
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
chilli flakes
Method
1. Lightly mash the avocados - you can have them completely smooth or a bit chunky (whichever you prefer). Add the lime juice and olive oil and mix, season to taste and top with a sprinkling of chilli flakes. Smashed it (sorry).
