A beautiful side dish for roast chicken or halloumi, steak or fish! Roasting is my favourite way to cook broccoli - in fact it's the only way I really cook it! I like to leave them in the oven until they're just starting to char on the edges.

Ingredients
200g purple sprouting broccoli quarter lemon juiced, quarter lemon sliced 1 garlic clove, minced 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Method
1. Combine the lemon juice, garlic and olive oil. Drizzle over the broccoli on a tray and toss to coat. Add the lemon slices and roast for 10-15 minutes.
